Cryo-slimming Pre & Post-Care Instructions

Before Treatment

  1. Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your session to support optimal circulation and recovery.
  2. Limit excessive caffeine on the day of treatment, as stimulants can interfere with your body’s response.
  3. Increase water intake before your session to ensure proper hydration and maximize results.
  4. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow easy access to treatment areas and ensure a relaxed experience.

After Treatment

  1. Hydration: Continue drinking plenty of water. Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces per day.
  2. Nutrition: Choose whole, nutrient-dense foods and limit sugar, processed foods, excess salt, and unhealthy fats.
  3. Exercise: Move your body for at least 30 minutes daily—walking is perfect.
  4. Massage: Gently massage treated areas daily toward the nearest lymphatic points (groin, armpits, or neck).
